Cookie Challenge: Norway

Fattigmann cookies from Norway. Of course they contain booze. Fattigmann means "Poor Man", which I don't understand because booze is expensive...
I must say they do taste delightful.

Recipe for these little wonders:
Stuff you'll need:
6 egg yokes
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp whipping cream
2 tbsp brandy (optional for taste) (Booze? I just caught your attention)
½ tbsp cardamom (that's a spice... another expensive item for this "Poor Man" recipe)
200/250g plain flour

Directions:
Better sit back if you can't handle this intense awesomeness. Take those egg yokes. Beat them until they're fluffy. Add the sugar to them mix it up. Whip the whipping cream... with a whip, how else are you going to do it. Fold in the whipping cream and brandy (booze. yes.). Put the flour in (the more, the thicker). Knead with your hands because your spatula can't handle this intensity. Lick the extra off your hands and then wash them before placing flour on a clean counter. Place that dough onto the flour and then flour your rolling pin before rolling out that dough until it's thin (if you want more preciseness because you can't handle it, that's like 3mm thick). Cut it into diamond shapes (or with an actual Fattigmann cutter if you don't live in a culture-less wasteland like I do...). Make a small hole in the centre and fold one corner over to the whole to make the classic Fattigmann shape (or just a hole if you can't interpret this). Deep fry it (in lard or fry it in margarine/butter) until it's golden brown because the oven can't handle it. Place on paper towel to drain the grease out.
Devour them.
With icing sugar if you can handle it.
But I bet you can't.
