Wouldn't recommend them that much... they're kind of dry...

Recipe for these ones:
Ingredients:
6 egg whites 1½ cups rice flour
¾ cup sugar 2/3 cup vegetable shortening/melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla Optional: Icing sugar, water, food colouring for decoration

Directions:
First you take those egg whites, and you beat them... softly until they're firm. After they resemble foam or whipping cream that you're craving, add the sugar and vanilla to it. You can't mix it with the beater though, you gotta fold it in (If you don't know what that means... go under the stuff and flip half of it onto the other half). Do the same with the rice flour (there's going to be a weird texture to them) and melt the margarine for easier mixing (I mean folding, don't mix it, fold it). I hope you preheated your oven to 325° (that's in Fahrenheit). Put a baking sheet on the counter (place parchment paper on it or grease it, whatever floats your boat) and let your OCD make perfect round circles by dropping spoonfuls of the cookie batter onto the sheet. Place it in the oven when you feel like it and cook until it's crisp (that's about 13 minutes). EAT IT! When it's done of course.
Optional: You can decorate these things after they're cooked. I've done it with a Japanese flag because they're Japanese, but you can do whatever you want. You get a bowl, dump icing sugar in it (trust me, it takes a lot). Slowly add a bit of water to it until it resembles a paste and you've noticed that your amount of sugar has been greatly reduced. Add food colouring until you get the colour you want.
Then devour them like a tiger.
